REPAIR

Repair the traumatic structures of childhood.

Private process · 8 weeks · by application
I The entrance

An eight-week private process.

To release the emotional, relational and unconscious blocks created in childhood.

Fear. Guilt. Shame. Anxiety. Fear of rejection. Seeking approval. Self-censorship. Survival. Hypervigilance. Control. Fear of not being enough. Fear of being too much. Fear of being seen. Fear of receiving. Fear of being crazy. Fear of living in a hostile universe.

Most people spend years talking about their wounds. REPAIR comes to repair the inner structures that keep them alive.

II The seven root traumas

There are only seven root traumas.

Seven fundamental wounds that then repeat in different forms throughout your life: in your relationships, your relationship to love, money, safety, pleasure, visibility, creation. Built before the age of nine. Connected to the seven chakras in a deeply psychological approach.

You felt all of this before you even had the emotional resources to understand what was happening to you. So, as a child, you interpreted these experiences alone. And that interpretation became your inner truth.

III
III · The inner manual

We all operate from a manual written by our wounded self.

A child has a painful experience. Something is seen. Or not seen. Sometimes a major event. But most of the time, a completely ordinary moment, that no one noticed except you.

A look. An absence. A humiliation. A silence. A feeling of rejection. A moment when you believed:

I am not safe.
I am too much.
I am not loveable.
I must stay silent.
The world is dangerous.

Since no one explained it to you, you explained it to yourself. Then absorbed it as an absolute truth. That truth became your inner narrative, your reflexes, your automatic reactions, your nervous system, your identity.

REPAIR comes to update that manual.

IV Why the seven chakras

Because there is a logical path of inner repair.

You cannot fully open the heart if the body still lives in fear. You cannot express your truth if the heart fears rejection.

Each chakra contains a specific trauma, a specific fear, a specific survival strategy. We move through the seven chakras in order psychologically, emotionally, somatically, energetically.

From the first safety. To the last faith, surrender, trust in life.

V The descent

The seven repairs.

·
I
I · Muladhara

Inner safety.

Survival · Foundations · Grounding

It’s the ground beneath your feet. When it’s solid, everything holds. When it cracks, everything cracks with it.

The root chakra is not a metaphor: it is your intimate relationship with stability. When it’s balanced, you move forward. When it falters, you sabotage what you spent years building and you don’t understand why.

Answer: because chaos has become more familiar than calm. Relationships start then explode. Careers rise then collapse. Money comes in then disappears. Gain, loss, gain, loss. Always the same cycle.

Hypervigilance. Fear of lack. Need for control. Survival addictions. A body that never rests.

Your body is a tree. If the roots tremble, nothing can grow above.

Blocked by
fear, guilt, insecurity, chaos, survival mode.
Opened by
action, grounding, inner stability.
II
II · Svadhisthana

Desire, self-worth, pleasure.

After survival comes desire.

The first chakra asks: will my needs be met? The second asks something more dangerous: do I have the right to want more than survival?

The sacral is pleasure. The body. Sensuality. Creativity. The capacity to receive beyond the bare minimum. Not surviving. Living.

When it’s locked, life is flat. Not in pieces: flat. Relationships are “okay”. Work is “tolerable”. Projects fade halfway through. No spectacular failure, because nothing is ever fully attempted.

Shame. Comparison. Binge eating, alcohol, compulsive scrolling, emotional dependence. All the ways to avoid real desire.

A blocked sacral is a life stuck in the “almost”. A lukewarm life. Never fully inhabited.

Blocked by
shame, scarcity, the feeling of “never enough”.
Opened by
life changes that rebuild self-worth.
III
III · Manipura

Identity, vision, anxiety.

Fear and shame are the perfect ground for anxiety.

Manipura is imagination. The power of “what if?”. When it works, it’s one of your greatest gifts.

You can dream. Plan. Project. Build a vision. Consciously choose the future you want before creating it. Strong identity. Clear direction.

When it falters, the same “what if?” becomes a prison. The mind anticipates everything. Imagines the worst. Projects failure. Analyzes endlessly. Creative vision turns against you.

It’s no longer imagination. It’s a permanent strategy to avoid pain you never actually felt. Anxiety is vision that forgot it could choose.

Blocked by
anxiety.
Opened by
facts, presence, mental clarity.
IV
IV · Anahata

Heart, truth, authenticity.

Anahata means: Unwounded.

The heart is the human emotional guidance system. Unconditional love, acceptance, forgiveness, truth, joy. Everything starts from there.

When it’s open, you stop living to be validated. You start living from your truth. The difference is immense, and invisible from the outside, except that it changes everything.

The inability to speak truth is almost never a throat issue. It’s a heart afraid of being rejected, abandoned, exposed. As long as that fear leads, you soften, you smooth, you translate. You perform.

When the heart opens, you become magnetic: not because you shine more, but because you stop performing.

Blocked by
grief, fear of rejection, seeking approval.
Opened by
the honest sharing of your story and your truth.
V
V · Vishuddha

Expression, purification, responsibility.

The throat chakra.

When it closes, you speak a lot about what doesn’t count, and almost never about what moves through you. Over-sharing. Or total silence. Rarely in between.

When Vishuddha opens, the voice becomes magnetic: because it comes from an open heart, a felt truth, an aligned expression. You no longer need to speak loudly to have impact. Your presence speaks before your words.

People stop to listen. Sentences land. Expression becomes a living channel.

Vishuddha holds a double power: to purify every experience life gives you, or to poison every situation through projection and denial of what you really want. In every instant, you choose one or the other.

Blocked by
judgment, projection, fear of owning your desires.
Opened by
radical responsibility for what you really want.
VI
VI · Ajna

Vision, creativity, ideas.

The third eye is not blocked by an answer. It is blocked by a question.

“What if I’m crazy?”

As long as that question runs in the background, you doubt everything. Your ideas. Your intuition. Your creativity. Your clearest perceptions. You become your own censor, and no one in the outside world can reassure you enough for it to stop.

When Ajna opens, you stop waiting for validation. Radical expression. Free creativity. Deep trust in what you see. You own your difference instead of hiding it.

This is where the ideas no one else could formulate are born. The new worlds. The visions that disturb, then last.

Blocked by
the fear of being crazy.
Opened by
new levels of expression, vision and creation.
VII
VII · Sahasrara

Surrender, faith, benevolent universe.

The crown chakra.

Benevolent universe, or hostile universe? It’s the only question that changes the quality of everything you do.

Sahasrara is the center of connection to the living, of faith, of receiving, of the link to something greater than yourself. When it closes, everything demands a disproportionate effort. Blood. Sweat. Control. Permanent exhaustion. You get results, but without any magic.

When it opens, creative energy can finally flow. You work, and the magic begins to work with you. Synchronicity. Flow. Unexpected openings. People who appear at the right moment. Invisible assistance.

You stop living against life. You start walking with it.

Blocked by
the belief in a hostile universe.
Opened by
faith, surrender and trust in a benevolent universe.
VIII Why this process works

Trauma keeps repeating until you go to the root.

As long as the wound is not seen consciously, you continue to react like the child you were. Even though today you are an adult.

It’s not because you were right to fear an unstable home as a child that you still have to live in fear today.

When you return to the root, you still feel the emotion, but you stop being automatically controlled by it. You learn to see the situation with the eyes of an adult, no longer with the eyes of the child who could not understand.

Trauma is often much simpler than we think. It’s a wrong interpretation given to a painful experience. Something happened. No one explained it. So the child made a conclusion. And that conclusion became the truth.

REPAIR comes to uninstall that truth.

IX Who holds this process

Ophélie Duvillard.

Oracle, process director, architect of inner structures.

I am neither a therapist nor a coach. I work at the root, where the mind stops spinning and the body starts speaking again. My territory is psychological, somatic and energetic at the same time.

I built REPAIR from what I had to uninstall in myself. What I offer is neither coaching nor classical therapy. It is a precise, confidential, deeply intimate container: to go and see what stayed stuck, and to finally let it go.

I work privately, by application, with a small number of people each year.
